A WINCHESTER man was found dead at home after a drug overdose, an inquest heard.
Andrew Crowe, of Sarum Road, died on September 9 last year.
The inquest, on Tuesday, December 12 at Winchester Coroners' Court, heard that Mr Crowe died from methadone toxicity.
Area coroner Jason Pegg said that Mr Crowe, 53, had been known to healthcare services as a high risk patient.

The inquest heard that police attended his home on September 9 after he hadn't collected his methadone dose.
The drug is used to help people stop taking heroin.
Consultant pathologist Dr Hayley Burnley completed a post-mortem which found a fatal level of methadone.
Mr Pegg recorded an open conclusion as it could not be ascertained if he had intended to take his own life.
No family attended the hearing, but the coroner added: “My sincere condolences to the family.”
