A BISHOP'S Waltham man is due to stand trial for an alleged sex attack on a teenager next year.
As previously reported, Keith Fielder, of Claylands Road, is alleged to have sexually assaulted a boy, who was 15 at the time, and outraged public decency.
It follows an incident in which a teenage boy was allegedly assaulted on December 9 last year on Winchester Road, near the pond in Bishop's Waltham.
At a short hearing at Winchester Crown Court on Monday, December 11, a trial date was given as Monday, May 20. A pre-trial review will also be held on Monday, February 26.
