CAN someone tell me on what planet Hampshire County Council were on when they took over the issuing of Visitors Parking Permits?
In the past a parking permit was in paper form which could then be used by anyone visiting but now you have to give the registration number of the vehicle every time someone visits.
You could also purchase scratch cards if you had more than one visitor but after spending the best part of Monday ringing different departments was told they no longer issue scratch cards.
Life is too short for me to spend my time ringing or emailing MiPermit, the company doing the work for HCC. I've better things to do than that, HCC needs to re-think this ridiculous system.
