Hampshire County Council’s proposals for their future services makes shocking reading.
Faced with financial challenges the council’s decision is to save money by cutting virtually every service for the people it represents. Nowhere in its extensive documentation does it accept responsibility and suggest a pay cut or reduction in council staff.
It is a shameful document.
I wonder what the people think?
